1. Legal Qualification of the Service

In the event of an unauthorized data extraction or scraping breach, the violating party shall be legally bound to pay the Operator a fixed, lump-sum compensation (forfaitaire schadevergoeding) of €150.00 (one hundred and fifty Euros) per extracted article, web page, or data record. The parties explicitly agree that this amount represents a reasonable, genuine pre-estimate of the minimum operational damages, loss of SEO traction, and commercial value lost due to the breach, in accordance with the Belgian Civil Code.

3. Legal Allocation of Risk and Disclaimers
